Sales Assistant

 

This position will provide administrative support to the Moldstone Sales and Marketing team.

Key duties

  • Administrative – correspondence, mailing samples, editing & printing flyers/brochures/ads, prep for tradeshows, responding to emails, etc.
  • Project Management and execution of Sales and Marketing projects.
  • Technical ability to make website edits, manage content.
  • Communicate with customers via email, regular mail, phone and in person.
  • Is able to explain product application.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Customer-oriented
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or project management role
  • Associates degree in business or related field
  • High attention to detail.
  • Organized and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Indesign and Constant Contact desired.
  • Excellent communication skills (writing, in person, on phone)
