Great for epoxy and overlay prep or great for surface profile for epoxy and overlays o Bar segments are used for minimal removal, paint, or heavy aggregate exposure. Great for epoxy and overlay prep or great for surface profile for epoxy and overlays o Hexagon Segments are used for general purpose as well as smoothing a floor • Available Grits: o 16/18 – Heavy Material Removal o 30/40 – Slight Material Removal o 60/80 – Honing and removing scratches from previous steps • Available Bonds o Soft – Very hard concrete scratching 8 or higher o Medium Soft – Terrazzo and hard concrete scratching 6-8 o Medium – Medium concrete scratching 4-6 o Medium Hard – Softer Concrete scratching 2-4 o Hard - Very soft/green concrete scratching 2 or lower
