The AS-9 PLUS is an enhanced version of our popular AS-9 stone. It was engineered to produce the same fast, smooth cutting action you can expect from the AS-9, but with superior finishing capabilities. Manufactured using premium aluminum oxide grain, the special formulation of the AS-9 PLUS produces wider scratches on the mold surface which results in an overall smoother and more brilliant finish. Get to the finish you need faster and with better results using the AS-9 PLUS on all types of tool steels and EDM (electrical discharge machining) scale surfaces. The AS-9 can be used by hand in one of our Hand Holders or in a reciprocating profiler like our U-Lap and Turbo-Lap Air Profilers. Can be used with or without a lubricant. Available in 320, 400, 600 and 800 grit and a variety of sizes.
