Your credit card will be authorized for the full order amount when you place your order. The charges will be captured when the order ships. Credit card charges will appear as 'BOTSG Inc.' on your statement. 

When you place your order online, you will receive an email order confirmation. Orders will typically be processed within 1-2 business days.

RETURNS

Products purchased from BORIDE Engineered Abrasives cannot be returned without prior authorization by a BORIDE Representative. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items returned are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
