Our Ruby aluminum oxide roughing stone is extremely fast cutting and performs well on all tool steels. It provides sharp cutting action for fast stock removal. The consistent breakdown allows the stone to be used dry without loading. It can be used either by hand (check out our line of Hand Holders!) or with reciprocating profilers like our U-Lap and Turbo-Lap Air Profilers. If you prefer to use the Ruby with a lubricant, try our Premium Stoning Oil or BORI-LUBE 10!
Available in 60-220 grit and a variety of sizes.
