Sales Assistant
This position will provide administrative support to the Moldstone Sales and Marketing team.
Key duties
- Administrative – correspondence, mailing samples, editing & printing flyers/brochures/ads, prep for tradeshows, responding to emails, etc.
- Project Management and execution of Sales and Marketing projects.
- Technical ability to make website edits, manage content.
- Communicate with customers via email, regular mail, phone and in person.
- Is able to explain product application.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Customer-oriented
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or project management role
- Associates degree in business or related field
- High attention to detail.
- Organized and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience with Indesign and Constant Contact desired.
- Excellent communication skills (writing, in person, on phone)
